Rambling Gaddafi Speeches Hint At Menace In The Desert

His recent speeches, one given from underneath an umbrella sitting in a car and another given over a telephone line, veering from extremely short to over an hour in length have stretched the meaning of incoherent. Certainly neither location smacks of a half-decent public speaking location.

Or, perhaps we look at public speaking gobbledygook, and how some speakers just love it. However, when it comes to long-winded speakers, Colonel Gaddafi speeches put him in good company.

Speeches aside, the situation remains perilous.
