Who would have thought that a Dr Sebastian Gorka Oxford Union speech would prove such a corker? Well, we did. Since his regular utterances on the radio are typically witty, well-constructed and expertly delivered. No surprise at all.

Sebastian Gorka Oxford Union Speech Is a Corker
So we must congratulate Dr Gorka and everyone at the Oxford Union for hosting their event on 22 January:
This House Fears the Return of Trump’s America
Proposing the motion were April Ryan and Larry Sanders.
Sebastian Gorka's Oxford Union Speech
Dr Gorka is no mean debater, demonstrating his skills against the regular interruptions from the Oxford Union audience. It's good to see that the earlier advice on audience feedback propagated by the Oxford University Student Union was disregarded.
Despite these interruptions, Dr Gorka was on ebullient form. And, regardless of the serious nature of his content, he also added plenty of humour to his speech.
Me and Stormy Daniels are connected because I also signed an NDA.
As a speaker, he's not afraid of volume, tone and emphasis as he talks. He was loud. But, if you've come across his earlier work, he's a natural. He's also clearly not afraid to defend the political record of President Trump and welcome a second coming in November.
Lists Worked in This Oxford Union Speech
In terms of speech construction, he turned the Motion on its head by asking who should really be afraid of a President Trump second term. And then he listed.
The face on the Oxford Union officer sitting behind Dr Gorka was a picture. And I'm sure that was his intent!
Reaching his conclusion, Dr Gorka noted with his final words.
That is why we need him back. Because to quote the marines, "when we were in the White House, our friends felt safe and our enemies were afraid".
